When you contact MB Systems LLC through this website, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, message, and the page or service you contacted us about. We use this information to review your inquiry and reply.

How the form works

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile to check for spam. The spam check processes technical information about your browser and connection, including your IP address. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains its handling of that information.

MXRoute delivers the inquiry to our email inbox. We use our Chatwoot installation to read and reply to messages. Your inquiry is available to the people handling it at MB Systems. Sending this form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

What to include

A description of the work is enough for the first inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment card information, or confidential customer records. If we need project files later, we will agree how to share them.
